Day 1 Arrival at Yangon – Yangon Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Yangon Airport, you will be greeted by your Golden Queen Myanmar Tour guide and followed by the process of GQM welcoming program at the airport and transfer to your Hotel. After short refreshment, your journey begins with a tour through Yangon. Visit the magnificent Buddha atChaukHtatGyi, stop for a stop at the Karaweik Hall, a ‘Hamsa-bird’ shaped floating barge onKandawgyi(Royal) Lake, first day in Myanmar with an extended visit to one of the world’s most spectacular monument, the Shwedagon Pagoda. Both lunch and dinner are your own account. Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 2 Yangon – Pun Hlaing Club - Yangon

After breakfast at hotel, trasfer to Pun Hlaing Golf Club in HlaingTharYar Township and ejnoy your Golfing. After playing half day, return back to hotel and the rest of the time at leisure. Car and guide will be at your entire disposal. Both lunch and dinner are on own account.Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 3 Yangon –Bagan

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Airport for doemestic flight to Bagan. Upon arrival drive to NyaungOo and stroll through the colorful local market. Continue with visits to the most significant pagodas and temples of Bagan including Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as at religious shrine; Ku ByaukGyi, a temple with superb murals of Jatak A scenes; Khay Min Ga Temple, noted for its panoramic view of the area’s numerous monuments and Ananda Temple, with four standing Buddha images. After lunch at local restaurant, visit one of Myanmar’s most treasured handicrafts, a lacquer ware craftsmen’s workshop in nearby Myinkaba village. You will continue to Manuha Temple, built in Mon-Style in 1059 and you will explore the Nanbaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument said to have been the palace of King Manuha. Next you will explore the MyingabaGuByaukgyi Temple, a



temple not worthy for its mural paintings under the protection of UNESCO. Proceed to ShweSandaw Pagoda to watch the sunset .Both lunch and dinner are your own account. Stay overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 4 Bagan – Bagan Golf Resort Golfing

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Bagan Golf Resort and enjoy your golfing until afternoon. Transfer to local restaurnt to have lunch by own account. Return back to hotel and relax. Bagan is not only the site of thousand year old temples and pagodas, but also home to many villages scattered around the surrounding plains. In the afternoon, pick up by horse cart and venture out to some of the more off-the-beaten track temples and pagodas. We don’t follow the trotted trails, but take you over dusty roads and small paths through thousand years of history. you will visit to the Min Nan Thu Village by bicycle. PhayaThoneZu and Nandamanya Temples noted for their exquisite murals of 13th century and Kyat Kan Cave monastery, a famous meditation retreat in Bagan. In the afternoon, an excursion to farming villages around Bagan will give you an insight to the rural life of the local people. Late afternoon, colorfully decorated ox-cart will take you through some of the more off the beaten track temple sites. Experience the traditional way of traveling and transportation still commonly used by the rural people of Myanmar. Both lunch and dinner to your own account. Stay overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 5 Bagan – Popa – Bagan

After breakfast, drive by scenic road (50 km -11/2 hours) will take you to Mount Popa, and extinct volcano with spectacular views. Its shrine is dedicated to animist spirit know as “Nats” and you will have time to climb the 777 steps to the shrine at the top of the peak. Lunch can be at beautiful POPA Mountain Resort (by own account). After check-in and relax at hotel, ejnoy your golfing at Popa Golf Resort. Both lunch and dinner on your own account. Stay overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 6 Popa – Salay - Bagan

After breakfast at hotel, drive to Salae to visit the U Pynya Monastery (closed a museum and closed on Mondays and Turesdays) with numerous wood carvings. After that proceed back to bagan and enroute, a visit is made to the local market at Kyauk Pa daoung and lunch at local restuarnt. On the return way you can also visit to the toddy palm work shops running by local peopole and observe thier daily life and making the jeggery sweets. Upon arrival Bagan, enjoy the sunset cruise on Ayeyarwaddy River. Both Lunch and Dinner on your own account. Stay overnight at hotel in Bagan.

Day 7Bagan - Mandalay

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Mandalay. And then, experience the sights and sounds of Mandalay including of the most revered religious monument in Myanmar, The Mahamuni Pagoda; a traditional hand -woven silk workshop as well as Kalaga tapestries craftsmen’s shop; visit to the Gold Leaf work shop; and about the noon check in your hotel and Lunch at local restaurant; After the Lunch the Golden Palace Monastery, a superb example of a traditional wooden building and Kuthodaw Pagoda the world largest book, made of marble before proceeding to Mandalay Hill for sunset. Both lunch and dinner on your own account. Stay overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 8 Mandalay – Golfing – Ava - Amarapura

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Ye Ta Gun Taung Golf club and enjoy your Golfing until noon. Lunch at local restaurant (by own account). In the afternoon, drive to Amarapura, 15 km from Mandalay and visit to 200-year-old U Bein teak bridge, built in 1782 at the time when Amarapura was Royal capital. Since then it is noted for silk and cotton weaving. If time permit, visit a traditional hand-woven silk workshop.Both Lunch and Dinner on own account. Stay overnight at hotel in Mandalay.

Day 9 Mandalay – Heho – Taunggyi

After breakfast, transfer to airport for domestic flight to Heho. Upon arrival at Heho, transfer toTaunggyi(about 33km, drivinghourabout 54mins with normal speed).After a short refreshment, we will visit Htant San Cave which is 24 miles from Taunggyi. Then, travel a little bit more to MwayDawKakku Pagoda and then Sula Muni Pagoda. And then, we will explore the night market. Both Lunch and Dinner are on your own account. Overnight in Taunggyi.

Day 10Taunggyi – Aye TharYar Golf Course – Heho - Yangon

After the breakfast at hotel, transfer to Aye Thar Golf Couse and enjoy your golfing. In the afternoon, trasnfer to Heho Airport for domestic flight to Yangon. Upon arrival transfer to your hotel. Both Lunch and dinner on your own account. Stay overnight at hotel in Yangon.

Day 11 Yangon – International Departure

After Breakfast at Hotel, visit to Sule Pagoda often referred to as the heart of the city and standing at the center of the busiest intersection in downtown Yangon. Then, continue visiting tothe all-in-one shopping center of Yangon called  BogyokeAung San Market, formerly known as Scott’s market, where you can shop until you drop - from sandals to sapphires, puppets to puppies, arts to artifacts, you just name it, you will find it there (Closed on Mondays and Public holidays). Then, transfer to Yangon International Airport for your evening departure flight to conclude this unique experience.One of GQM team member will bid farewell to you at the Airport.
